Forzo Ovens Warranty

Our Forzo ovens are backed by a comprehensive three-year labour and parts warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures that your oven will be repaired or replaced, ensuring continued enjoyment of your culinary adventures.

  • Coverage: The warranty covers both labour and parts for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover structural cracks caused by misuse or improper use of the oven.  Hairline cracks (under 5mm are not structural and considered normal wear and tear).
  • Claim Process: In the event of a defect, please contact our dedicated team with proof of purchase, and we will swiftly manage and resolve the warranty claim.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Argheri is devoted to providing world-class customer support and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Tools Warranty

Argheri’s range of tools come with a 12-month warranty, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship for a year from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: The warranty covers defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Claim Process: Should you encounter any issues with our tools, please reach out to our team with proof of purchase for a prompt resolution.
  • Customer Commitment: We are committed to working closely with our customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns swiftly.

Warranty Conditions

  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase must be supplied prior to any warranty work.
  • Working Hours: Warranty work is supplied during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. If warranty work is requested outside normal working hours, an after-hours service fee may apply.
  • Customer Support: Argheri prides itself on offering exceptional customer support. We aim to resolve any warranty claims efficiently and to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
